PICE-BAHRAIN CHAPTER

PICE-Bahrain Chapter started after a long process of accreditation which has been made through the effort of a group of Charter Petitioners, the so-called founders of the organization - The Filipino Civil Engineers in Bahrain.

The Constitution & By-Laws was authored by Engr. Bryan P. Toledo, the Charter’s First Vice President and was adopted in 2012 thereon. The first amendment was ratified by the members on October 30, 2015. The second amendment was introduced in 2021 and was ratified by the members on December 17, 2021.

It was December 17, 2011, when PICE-Bahrain was granted International Chapter Charter No. 6 by PICE National Chapter.

On March 22, 2012, the First Induction Ceremony was held. The organization’s Charter President was Engr. Oscar N. Francisco.

In addition to the objectives of the Institute as stipulated in its By-Laws, PICE-Bahrain common goal is to help all Civil Engineering graduates to become registered professionals by taking-up the Special Professional Licensure Board Examination (SPLBE) being held yearly in the Middle East.

PICE-Bahrain is also a founding regular member of the Philippine Professional Organization -Bahrain (PPO-Bahrain).
